We transform workspaces and work dynamics
Challenge
The European Central Bank (ECB) is undertaking a major transformation to redefine its working environment and adapt to mobile and hybrid working models. By consolidating operations from three buildings into two and redesigning workspaces to be more flexible and collaborative, the project will impact approximately 5,000 staff members.
Our approach
Working closely with the ECB’s internal teams, including the spatial transformation and change management teams, we combine bespoke analysis with proactive stakeholder engagement, supported by a network of change agents who work closely with leaders and staff to embed new ways of working across the organisation.
Generated impact
The ECB is driving a cultural and operational transformation across all business areas, supported by a network of change agents who work closely with leaders and teams to embed new ways of working and foster innovation. This approach is reducing resistance, building commitment and promoting collaboration. Whilst the project is ongoing, the final business areas are expected to transition by mid-2028.
