What have we seen?
My office is no longer functioning
"People don't come very often... and when they do, nothing special happens."
Office spaces were designed for a different era and no longer reflect how we work today. This reduces their value compared to remote working, because they don't offer experiences or dynamics that truly drive collaboration or productivity. As a result, much of the space is underutilised and generates high costs without delivering the impact that organisations need to better support their teams.

Silos that slow down business
We work as a team... but we operate in silos.
The lack of real collaboration between areas, regions and business units makes it difficult to build a shared vision of the company's direction. This disconnect slows down decision-making and reinforces silos, reducing coordination between key teams. When cross-functional collaboration is limited, the organisation loses speed, alignment and the ability to execute with impact, directly affecting its performance and agility.

What are we seeing?
Low productivity due to team misalignment
"We work non-stop, but the hybrid model doesn't quite work."
The days are filled with meetings, emergencies and emails, but collective productivity remains low. The lack of a clear understanding of hybrid work leads to burnout, disconnection and efforts that do not always translate into real results. That is why it is key to identify best practices that allow teams to work in a more coordinated, efficient and sustainable way, increasing their performance in any environment.

Talent that does not stay (or arrive)
"We struggle to attract... and we can't retain the people we do attract."
New expectations for flexibility, development and purpose are no longer being met, and this directly affects people's commitment. In an increasingly competitive market, organisations face high turnover and growing difficulty in attracting key profiles. When the value proposition does not respond to what talent is looking for today, the ability to retain, motivate and build teams prepared for the future is lost.

Culture and Leadership misaligned with flexibility
"The PowerPoint says one thing... reality and everyday life say another."
Although hybrid models are already defined, many managers and leaders continue to manage as before, generating a lack of trust, autonomy and consistency between discourse and daily practice. This gap limits the real adoption of hybrid working and makes it difficult for teams to work with clarity and focus. To move forward, leaders need to develop new skills in line with the complexity and uncertainty of today's environment.

What will we see?
Artificial Intelligence as a new intern: leveraging it without resistance
"We have Artificial Intelligence tools... but we don't incorporate them systematically into our daily work."
Artificial Intelligence pilots remain isolated and have no real impact on processes, roles or decisions. Fear, lack of guidance and the absence of a clear model hinder its widespread adoption. This uncertainty fuels mistrust and resistance, because the conversation about Artificial Intelligence is perceived as a threat. To move forward, a solid narrative, practical training and clear boundaries on how to use it and what decisions it can make are needed.

A rigid structure in a fluid world
"Our infrastructure moves at organisational chart speed... the market moves much faster."
Static, "saurian" resources make it difficult for organisations to respond nimbly to changes and opportunities in the environment. This rigidity means that projects are set up and dismantled with great effort, without a true networked logic that facilitates collaboration and speed. Without more flexible and dynamic structures, it is impossible to move towards models capable of adapting and generating sustained impact.
