Challenge
The relocation of Cuatrecasas’ headquarters to Barcelona was the catalyst for a transformation. The firm needed to evolve its way of working to become more efficient, more collaborative and more responsive to the needs of both clients and employees. The challenge was to design and execute a strategic plan that would align the organisational structure, working practices, workspace and corporate culture with its vision for future growth.
Nuestro enfoque
With the involvement of senior management and multidisciplinary teams in guided sessions, key objectives were defined, such as: business model, positioning, client and employee experience, and new internal roles. The result was a plan comprising nine strategic lines implemented by autonomous teams reporting to the partners. In parallel, a participatory transformation of work was driven: digitalisation, remote and hot-desking models, technology training and new collaborative dynamics.
Generated impact
The transformation reduced paper usage by 75%, mobilised 150 change ambassadors and achieved a satisfaction rating of 4.6/5 among participants. Cuatrecasas became the first Spanish law firm to overhaul its working methods on this scale, consolidating its leadership and innovation within the legal sector.
