Challenge

Esteve’s challenge was to transition from an organisation fragmented into various subcultures, spread across different sites and business lines, to a unified corporate culture. Simply bringing the teams together at a single site in Barcelona was not enough to achieve this objective; a deeper cultural transformation was therefore required to accompany the operational consolidation process.

Our approach

The approach combined change management with digitalisation and space optimisation. BICG led the cultural transformation strategy, the implementation of new collaborative working models, the digitalisation of processes and communications, and technological integration. Furthermore, the firm managed support during the construction and relocation phases, ensuring the full integration of all divisions and the roll-out of digital tools for all employees.
