Challenge

In 2023, Samsung prepared to move to a new headquarters, but the existing workspace concept did not reflect the changing needs of hybrid working. The challenge was to translate the insights from the IAO analysis and internal workshops into a spatial strategy that would support collaboration and identity.

Our approach

We collaborated with IAO and Samsung’s internal teams to interpret the findings and develop a spatial concept aligned with the principles of hybrid working. We focused on creating functional zones, fostering interaction, and supporting the transition to the new headquarters through spatial storytelling and comprehensive design support.

Generated impact

The new headquarters became a catalyst for cultural and operational transformation. Employees experienced improved wayfinding, greater connection between teams and a space that reflects Samsung’s innovative identity.
