Challenge

Uriach found itself needing to relocate temporarily whilst preparing its new headquarters. The main challenge was to achieve this transition whilst keeping costs low and minimising the time taken, all without compromising on functionality or quality in the working environment.

Our approach

The project focused on reusing existing furniture and purchasing second-hand furniture to prioritise sustainability and efficiency, making only the essential adaptations to the spaces. The entire process was managed with strict control over resources, investment and time, adapting the design to two locations: one of 3,000 m² requiring minimal intervention and another of 400 m² that was completely refurbished.

Generated impact

The project had a significant impact, as it reduced execution times by 30% and relocation costs by 60%, thanks to the optimisation of resources and a pragmatic approach. Furthermore, the commitment to reuse and sustainability resulted in a 50% reduction in CO₂ emissions linked to the process, demonstrating that it is possible to achieve operational efficiency and a genuine commitment to the environment at the same time.
