A hub for unleashing innovation
Challenge
Sanofi is undergoing a major workplace transformation to create modern, inclusive and inspiring environments aligned with its ambition to be a pioneering employer. This strategic change includes the relocation of teams. The aim is to ensure a smooth transition whilst fostering a culture of innovation, well-being and high performance, enabling seamless adoption of the new workspaces.
Our approach
To support the transformation, we implemented a structured approach to change management and communication, which included setting clear objectives to align stakeholders, active leadership engagement, the creation of a unifying project identity, and an ambassador initiative supported by dedicated resources and materials to foster awareness, understanding and participation across the organisation. The project began in 2025 and will continue until the final move in 2027.
Generated impact
The project aligned with the company’s strategic objectives, creating a shared vision and a motivated group of ambassadors who are developing their skills whilst helping their colleagues adapt, sharing knowledge and ensuring a smooth transition. Through our work, they now see the new spaces as a key milestone in the company’s modernisation, to foster collaboration, increase productivity and support new ways of working.
