Challenge
With the launch of Getnet Europe, PagoNxt faced the challenge of creating a location for its core development and sales teams in Germany that would meet the requirements of a collaborative and flexible working model.
Nuestro enfoque
The interior design and applied graphics reflect the corporate identity, encompassing both the brand and the company’s values. BICG also supported the project with a bespoke change management approach that involved future users from an early stage, supported the adaptation processes and ensured a smooth transition to the new working environments.
Generated impact
The new offices offer an inspiring environment while also supporting flexible working styles, informal interaction and collaboration between teams. Thanks to the change management process, employees were well prepared for this new working environment.
