Challenge
Inibsa was facing a profound transformation in the way it worked. The refurbishment of its offices provided the perfect opportunity to rethink working models and design a new office experience. The aim: to foster flexible environments that promote collaboration and the well-being of its staff.
Our approach
We started from a clear principle: people are the driving force behind change. That is why we designed the new spaces based on the work dynamics identified in our study and supported the transition with a robust adoption plan.
Generated impact
Some of our results: perceived collaboration increased to 84%. Informal interaction and teamwork improved. Those who participated in the onboarding from the start rated the model 4.1 out of 5. The space is now ready to support the organisation’s future growth.
