Challenge
Following a pilot project, the BEUMER Group wanted to transform its headquarters to align with the modern demands of new working models. The company was looking for modern offices with integrated hybrid technology and more spaces for informal and spontaneous collaboration, with the aim of boosting innovation.
Our approach
The comprehensive project used architecture to redesign the spaces around employees’ needs through direct engagement. Change management also helped involve employees in the process, increasing the chances of success and introducing concepts such as home zones, ratios and desk-sharing principles.
