bicg is a member of EUWIN, the European Workplace Innovation Network, an initiative launched in 2013 by the European Commission's Directorate-General for Enterprise and Industry. Together with many experts from more than 30 countries, we build a large network by sharing our knowledge and experience and collaborating with each other.

The German Chamber of Commerce for Spain (AHK Spain) is an institution that promotes economic relations between Germany and Spain. It is part of a global network with more than 140 offices in 92 countries and acts as a strategic platform offering advice, business connections and specialised services to strengthen business cooperation. At bicg we collaborate with the German Chamber of Commerce for Spain in joint initiatives that promote innovation, facilitate the transformation of the working environment and enhance synergies between Spanish and German companies, providing our experience in strategic consulting, change management and architecture design.

In 2015, we created a chair on "Digital Work" in collaboration with the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM). The UPM-BICG Chair on "Digital Work" focuses on the challenges of knowledge work in the digital age and the adoption of technologies in the business context that can improve, for example, organizational productivity.

IDET is the sole representative of workplace professionals in France. The Association is managed by a Board of Directors who draw on several years of experience to ensure the smooth running of the association and its operation.

Bicg is collaborating with the Masfamilia Foundation on how flexible working can help organizations achieve a better work-life balance. We jointly created the Flexible Working White Paper, and both institutions share a common understanding of how implementing flexible working models will create more efficient, inclusive, innovative, and agile organizations. We have signed the Flexibility Charter and are also part of the EFR network of organizations.

At BICG, we facilitate cultural transformation by aligning people with business objectives, using proven strategies to achieve sustainable and successful change, suited to addressing current challenges.

Bicg has been a beneficiary of the Mentoring and Support Program for the Internationalization of SMEs. Among other expenses, the company has used these funds to co-finance promotional and dissemination materials, specifically participation as listeners and/or speakers at the Future Workplace 2024 (Handelsblatt) and Smart Workspace Design (Amsterdam) events, design and assembly of its stand at the AMEDIRH Fair (Mexico), organization of the 25 Years Event (Mexico), as well as translations of web content into other languages ​​and SEO positioning work.
