EUROP ASSISTANT: Reflecting Professional Collaboration
Europ Assistance, a leading assistance services company, decided to transform the leadership floor of its Madrid office to more effectively reflect the brand’s innovative, fresh and cutting-edge values. The goal was to create an environment that would inspire and facilitate collaboration, while maintaining the flexibility and adaptability needed in a modern space.
To achieve this vision the design of a space that not only met aesthetic expectations, but also promoted a new way of working, aligned with unassigned desk policies, mobility and the ‘clean desk’ philosophy was a must.

The Solution: A Fluid, Dynamic Space
Inspired by the sinuous shape of Europ Assistance’s logo, a free and fluid space, characterised by rounded glass corners and curved furniture that provide a sense of continuity and openness was created. This design eliminates traditional physical barriers, such as solid walls or aggressive boundaries, creating a dynamic and welcoming environment.
Upon entering this innovative space, the first thing visitors encounter is the ‘agora’, a large open space designed to host mass meetings, conferences, working sessions or informal conversations. This multi-purpose area reflects the collaborative spirit that Europ Assistance wanted to foster in its team.
Adjacent to the agora is the gravity point, a mixed-use area near the printers and vending machines that invites collaboration, knowledge sharing and interaction between employees. Both the agora and the gravity point are surrounded by different types of meeting rooms, varying in size, design and furniture, providing versatile options for any type of meeting.
Details that Make the Difference: Warm and Welcoming Design
The design of the space focuses not only on functionality, but also on creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The variety of colours and finishes on the workstations were carefully selected to take advantage of natural light and provide a comfortable atmosphere. The curved screens with subtle vinyls stand out as one of the most characteristic elements of the design, complemented by the cut-outs in the flooring and the vibrant vinyls on the lockers, which add a touch of dynamism and life to the environment.

Europ Assistance was able to transform its leadership floor into a space that is not only visually striking, but also promotes a culture of collaboration and flexibility. This state-of-the-art environment perfectly reflects the brand’s values, becoming a symbol of the innovation and dynamism that Europ Assistance seeks to project both internally and towards its clients.
The new facility has not only improved the functionality and efficiency of day-to-day work, but has also reinforced the corporate identity, providing a space that inspires employees and encourages them to collaborate, learn and grow together in an environment that is as fluid and adaptable as the challenges they face.
