The Solution: A Project Beyond Architecture<\/strong><\/p>\n

A close collaboration with the Bankinter team was essential to develop a project that extended beyond simple architectural design. The design of the new space was just the beginning of a comprehensive change management project. The process began with an in-depth analysis and the construction of a strategy that integrated different disciplines such as spaces, culture, technology and processes, in order to create a coherent project adapted to the needs of professionals. <\/p>\n

In addition to the creation of this collaborative office space, some meeting rooms in the business centre and the cafeteria were remodelled to adapt them to these New Work principles and improve the employee experience.<\/p>\n

The Results: Innovation and Identity in the Collaborative Spaces<\/strong><\/p>\n

As a result of this project, the collaborative spaces became a symbol of innovation, inclusivity, improvement, and identity, as highlighted in user surveys.
