In this demanding context, Navantia designed a Strategic Plan in 2018 with the aim of delivering a global transformation centred around four strategic pillars, which all change projects must address.<\/p>\n

The goal is clear: to transform Navantia into an organisation aligned with the vision of Industry 5.0, focusing on sustainability, digitalisation, efficiency, and cultural evolution.<\/strong><\/p>\n

To achieve this transformation, it’s crucial to implement cross-functional projects that support people in a consistent and aligned manner.<\/p>\n

To this end, it is essential to align ways of working and workspaces with the new needs of the organisation.<\/p>\n

The Solution: a framework agreement with a strategic model<\/strong><\/p>\n

Understanding and identifying an organisation’s challenges is a crucial first step. At Navantia, we conducted a diagnosis of the needs of both the people and their businesses across all its centres. <\/p>\n

With these challenges clearly defined, our spatial transformation projects have been able to focus on delivering solutions that add real value to individuals, turning these challenges into practical, actionable initiatives that enhance their daily work lives.<\/p>\n

As keys it we identified the need for:<\/p>\n

  1. Unifying centres and businesses<\/li>\n
  2. Encouraging collaboration and integration<\/li>\n
  3. Driving innovation and agility<\/li>\n
  4. Maximising optimisation and sustainability<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    As a starting point, a Ways of Working and Spatial model was defined in 2019, which helped to have a consistent direction and standardisation process for all the projects and implementations.<\/p>\n

    This model has guided the execution of each project, ensuring a consistent approach across al lof them.<\/p>\n

    As a result, a comprehensive programme of projects has been developed, impacting various Navantia centres and subsidiaries.<\/p>\n
