This consolidation increased interaction between departments and streamlined communication among teams.<\/p>\n<p>Other indicators of success were:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The model chosen for the design of the space favoured the reduction of the <strong>useful surface <\/strong>area required by up to<strong> 63%<\/strong>, which implies a saving of approximately <strong>\u20ac500,000\/year<\/strong> in terms of supplies, maintenance, security, cleaning and other concepts derived from the savings in surface area.<\/li>\n<li>Paper printing in the new building was <strong>reduced by 79%<\/strong> compared to the previous way of working.<\/li>\n<li>The company&#8217;s <strong>perception of the available technology improved<\/strong>, especially in relation to meeting rooms and collaboration tools.<\/li>\n<li><strong>79%<\/strong> of the professionals surveyed highlighted positively the <strong>closeness of their colleagues and other areas. <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Also, employees&#8217;
