Transformation Pilot

Implementing New Ways of Working in a small pilot with the aim of gaining insights, lessons learned for a New Campus project, which is yet to develop. Analysis of the work dynamics, Development of strategy and implementation of new ways of working with initiatives aimed at strengthening the new culture.

Challenges

Olympus wants to create a new EMEA headquarters to facilitate personal collaboration and act as a connection point for all employees in Europe. The aim is to become an attractive employer by introducing New Ways of Working and to implement this together with the employees.

Services Provided

    • Creation of a new culture focused on employees, customers and performance requirements and reflected in collaboration and space.
    • Development of a holistic strategy to implement the new culture, to integrate all employees and to continuously improve.
    • Creating a flexible and mobile way of working that encourages innovation, agility and the responsibility of each employee.
    • Development of a space efficiency tool to determine the appropriate mobility ratio and efficient capacity utilisation of the new building.
    • Definition of the optimal rough occupancy of the campus based on communication relationships, work dynamics and special needs (blocking).
